Option 1
Let an onboarding specialist help you get set up
The benefit of this option is you will have a dedicated specialist hold your hand throughout the process making sure your system is set up for success and that you know how to use all the functionality you will have access to. There is a cost associated with this service.

Set yourself up online
The benefit of this option is that you can set yourself up online straight away. It will take you between 10-60 minutes to get into the product and you can follow the product tours and help articles to continue setting up and optimising your system from there. You will still have access to support whenever you need. There is no cost associated with this option.

Day 1 – 3
Agree to proceed
Your sales consultant will send you a form outlining your products and pricing for you to accept.
Day 3 – 6
Account setup
Your sales consultant will send you a form to complete with your property information, payment details, and room information at your property.

Day 7 – 10
Welcome call
(approx 15 mins)
During this initial call we will discuss your requirements, review your existing processes & tools and direct you on any information you will need to collect for your set up.
Day 10 – 14
Set up call
(approx 1 hour)
During this call we will go through your system set up and your content and show you how to import your reservations.

Go-live and training call (approx 1 hour)
During this call we will set your system live and make sure you know how to get the most from your Little Hotelier software.
Adoption
Adoption check-in with your onboarding specialist 3-7 days post go-live to ensure this are working as expected and answer any additional questions.

Activate your account
You will be asked to set up your password.
Day 1
Set your property up online
You will be guided through an online set up form. This will take you between 10-60 mins depending on how many rooms you have at your property and how many room rates you have.
Note: you can change the information you put in here but we advise you to take the time to set this up properly.

Day 1
Enter your payment details
You will need to provide payment details before dropping into the product. You will however get 30 days to try Little Hotelier for free so you won’t be charged anything until the end of your free period.
Day 1 – 3
Optimise your account
Once you are in Little Hotelier you can follow the product tours and help articles to connect your booking channels, set up your Direct Booking Engine, set up your guest emails, apply for Payments and import any existing reservations.

Day 3 – 7
Go live
Once you are happy that your existing reservations are in Little Hotelier and the content about your property is accurate you can start using your Booking Engine and channel connections.
