The Beach Natural Resort is a 31 villa/cottage (13 villas, 18 cottages) oasis on Koh Kood Island in the eastern part of Thailand.

A history that began without the aid of technology

Assistant General Manager Miss Radakarn T. spoke about the property’s evolution.

“We have been operating the property for 19 years but we didn’t use any hotel technology until 2015,” she said. “We actually learned about Little Hotelier after receiving the information, as well as having the opportunity to get to know the friendly local staff who know the hotel technology very well and give useful advice.”

Part of the motivation to adopt hotel tech was to enable the staff at The Beach to do what they do best – please their guests.

“It’s a long way to the island so we need to make it worth it for the customer; guest satisfaction is our priority,” explained Miss Radakarn. “Smiles, cleanliness, calming attitudes, and helpful and understanding service is always what we strive for. Customers can enjoy a  peaceful and relaxing time. We want them to feel like a second home and come back to stay again.”
