Before using the all-in-one solution, Posada del Cortés managed their distribution and room sales directly through Online Travel Agents (OTAs). “Eleven years ago”, says Luz, “when we started, we did our distribution manually, updating reservations and availability directly with Expedia and Booking.com. But then, the city began to change. The natural attraction of Loreto became popular and we had too many reservations to manage ourselves. We started overselling and what’s worse, we were missing out on the most rewarding thing about our job: serving our guests”.
