“Families enjoy coming to recharge their batteries in an unusual setting. The farm is very popular with children; they appreciate the diversity of the park,” notes Hamza.
To enhance its appeal to this clientele, Hamza has enriched its offering by launching a kids’ club, featuring a cinema and other fun activities.
“Today, no other resort offers an experience comparable to ours,” says Hamza.
Constantly evolving, The Ranch Resort now has 19 accommodation units, which contribute to guaranteeing a tailor-made customer experience, contrary to the standard rooms of hotel chains:

“Here, nothing is identical: rooms, domes, A-frame houses… everything is unique,” specifies Hamza.

Managing a growing hotel required a leading solution

For example, The Ranch Resort currently applies a 10 to 15% discount until December 20, while direct bookings from the website automatically benefit from an additional 10% reduction.
“Today, we have a single rate, and we send our discounts according to the calendar. Everything is managed directly from the channel manager.”
