      small property is so unique that we have a range of pricing and product options which we hope will suit your

      are at one property or across several and you’ll see what our solution will cost each month. Note that we have
      monthly payment options so you won’t be locked into a contract.

No, you can pay month-to-month with Little Hotelier. Alternatively, Little Hotelier customers can choose to pay annually and receive a discount.

You can set yourself up
      quickly and easily online in under an hour using our easy onboarding and reservation import tools. Or you can
      utilize the expertise of our dedicated onboarding team who have set up thousands of small properties on Little
      Hotelier. Remember, we have hundreds of online resources and a
      full support team available to help you anytime you need as well.
Little Hotelier pricing plans where you can onboard yourself online do
        not have any onboarding or setup fees. The plans which come with an onboarding specialist may
      incur a minimal setup fee based on the products or add-ons you select. Your sales representative can take
      you through what your onboarding specialist will do and if you will incur a setup fee.
If you choose to
      onboard yourself, this will take anywhere between 10-60 mins depending on how many rooms and rate plans you have,
      as well as whether your property details (like photos) are easily accessible.
Setting up a new tech solution will always require a little bit of upfront work,
      especially for one which will help you manage your room rates and property info centrally. When set up, Little
      Hotelier can save you hours a day while allowing you to advertise and take bookings on multiple sites at once,
      increasing your bookings by 65%.
To get started, you’ll need things like:
   – Legal
      business name
   – Nominated bank account details
   – Your Google
      business ID
   – Details of active
      online travel agencies (e.g. booking.com) your connected to
   – Access to your property data
      (i.e existing
      reservations, property photos and room rates)
If you are setting yourself up online, you can always
      come back and change this info. If you’re getting set up with one of our onboarding specialists, they will walk
      you through all of these requirements.
Pricing plans with Dynamic Revenue Plus include a booking fee which is charged on on all reservations (excluding cancellations). This fee is discounted in the Revenue Optimiser bundle for the first two years, then reverts back to the standard booking fee thereafter.
Booking fee is the gross reservations profit from online and offline bookings. This excludes taxes, add-ons, and changes or cancellations made before check-out and does not adjust for any disputed payments or refunds made after check-out. The 1% booking fee is derived from this amount. e.g. If your total booking value per month is $1000, then your monthly Little Hotelier subscription will be your low monthly subscription cost + $10 booking fee + tax.
