5 bedroom boutique hotel boosts global bookings

The Swan House is an original former 16th Century Tavern set in the rural county of Suffolk, UK. In 1993 the property was launched and became a very well established restaurant, after undergoing extensive refurbishments in 2012, to become the charming five-bedroom boutique inn it is today. The historic property originated in the early 1530’s and has been enlarged by Georgian and Victorian buildings over the centuries.

The inn is run by partners Roland Blunk and Carmela Sabatini and boasts a fine reputation having gained ‘institution’ status in recent years.

The Challenge
