Little Hotelier works as the only all-in-one hotel management solution you will need to manage your small property. Depending on the plan you choose, Little Hotelier includes a:

– Front Desk: This is your all-in-one daily operations hub. From your Front Desk, you can see all your reservations from every booking channel (e.g. booking.com or your direct booking website) in one calendar, manage your check-ins, allocate rooms, process payments, organise your housekeeping and more.

Yes, you will need to provide some payment details, but you will not be charged anything until after your free period has ended.

How much does Little Hotelier cost?

Little Hotelier pricing mostly depends on the number of rooms your property has. Every small property is so unique that we have a range of pricing and product options which we hope will suit your current and ongoing needs.
To find out your costs, simply enter your bookable rooms and whether these rooms are at one property or across several and you’ll see what our solution will cost each month. Note that we have monthly payment options so you won’t be locked into a contract.

Can I change my pricing plan later?

Yes, absolutely! To switch to another plan, simply contact our support team who can help you to make a switch. They can also be contacted via chat within the Little Hotelier software. If you have multiple properties or are after something a bit bespoke, contact our sales team, and they can help guide you to the best solution for your needs

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you can pay month-to-month with Little Hotelier. Alternatively, Little Hotelier customers can choose to pay annually and receive a discount.

What payment methods do you accept?

Little Hotelier offers a range of payment options including credit card, direct debit, and bank transfer. We do not however, accept payments by cheque or Paypal. For more on billing and subscription, please visit our help centre.

Is it easy to make the switch to Little Hotelier?

Whether you are new to hospitality, moving from a manual solution, or switching from another hotel management system, we make getting started with Little Hotelier easy.
You can set yourself up quickly and easily online in under an hour using our easy onboarding and reservation import tools. Or you can utilize the expertise of our dedicated onboarding team who have set up thousands of small properties on Little Hotelier. Remember, we have hundreds of online resources and a full support team available to help you anytime you need as well.

Are there any setup fees?

Little Hotelier pricing plans where you can onboard yourself online do not have any onboarding or setup fees. The plans which come with an onboarding specialist may incur a minimal setup fee based on the products or add-ons you select. Your sales representative can take you through what your onboarding specialist will do and if you will incur a setup fee.
If you choose to onboard yourself, this will take anywhere between 10-60 mins depending on how many rooms and rate plans you have, as well as whether your property details (like photos) are easily accessible.

What do I need to get started with Little Hotelier?

Setting up a new tech solution will always require a little bit of upfront work, especially for one which will help you manage your room rates and property info centrally. When set up, Little Hotelier can save you hours a day while allowing you to advertise and take bookings on multiple sites at once, increasing your bookings by 65%.
To get started, you’ll need things like:
   – Legal business name
   – Nominated bank account details
   – Your Google business ID
   – Details of active online travel agencies (e.g. booking.com) your connected to
   – Access to your property data (i.e existing reservations, property photos and room rates)
If you are setting yourself up online, you can always come back and change this info. If you’re getting set up with one of our onboarding specialists, they will walk you through all of these requirements.

What is the meaning of ‘Total Booking Value’ in the Little Hotelier Basics pricing plan?

Total booking value is the gross reservations profit from online and offline bookings. This excludes taxes, add-ons, and changes or cancellations made before check-out and does not adjust for any disputed payments or refunds made after check-out. The 1% booking value is derived from this amount. e.g. If your total booking value per month is $1000, then your monthly Little Hotelier subscription will be your low monthly subscription cost + $10 booking value + tax.
